Welcome to the first blog of 21 Reasons to Say Thank You!   Each Wednesday we’ll return with topics focusing on living a Grateful life! Join us to  discover the power of gratitude and the many ways it can change your life.

In all we do, we believe in expressing our appreciation. We are dedicated to helping people discover the power of gratitude in their lives and act on it.

This is why we exist.

I am jazzed! The 21 Reasons to Say Thank You website went live last night. For those of you who have gone through the process of developing a website, you know this is not an easy task. Pairing right brain people with left brain people leads to all sorts of communication challenges. But we made it!Card Assortment

Thank you, Allen and Charles from the Jonesen team for bearing with me and producing an amazing website. You made a beautiful day in the Ozarks even better!

Have you thanked your IT people lately? If not, give them a big, ole bear hug. Tell them what great people they are and how thankful you are that you don’t have to figure out how to fix the computer problems – you just turn it over to them

Add some fun and mystery to saying thank you—put you appreciation message on a flash drive and give/mail it to them in a card with a smiley face on the inside.

If you can’t do it in person, write a note describing how much you appreciate their dependability, talent, and skill. Mail it today. Are your IT people contracted? Then, take a minute to send them a note.

It takes minutes to write a few sentences of appreciation. Go for it! You’ll feel better and so will they!

Did you know people who are grateful live an average of 7 years longer?

Check in next week for more creative and inspiring ways to show appreciation for the good things in life and the people who make it possible!
